Meet Coen Sunderland
Coen Sunderland is the founder and director of Rhett and Sons Window Cleaning a business he built from the ground up in honour of his father, Rhett, whose legacy of perfectionism still shapes the company’s values today.
Coen grew up surrounded by hands-on work, learning early that taking pride in the smallest details sets true professionals apart. With over 15 years of experience in window and exterior cleaning, he brings a deep understanding of the industry and a commitment to raising the bar for what clients should expect.
He’s on the tools most days, leading by example, mentoring new team members, and ensuring every job meets the high standards he built the business upon. For Coen, it’s about more than spotless windows, it’s about respect, reliability, and doing the job properly every single time.
